How To: Feel Fantastic From Your Brunch Smoothie

A wonderful brunch smoothie full of delicious good-for-you fruit and veg:

Mango – Having a bad skin day? Mango helps the skin in a bunch of ways, especially clearing clogged pores and eliminating pimples.

Banana – Started the day in a bit of a bad mood? Bananas regulate blood sugar and produce stress-relieving relaxation so you can start the day in a happy way!

Avocado – Want to burn some fat whilst sitting at your desk? Avocado is full of heart-healthy monounsaturated fatty acids which has been said to reduce blood pressure and even help burn fat – YUS!

Spinach – Want to feel ready for the day? Spinach is a great source of Iron and is said to restore energy, increase vitality and improve the quality of the blood.

Raspberries – Want to clearly see your radiant, mango-effect skin!? Raspberries are high in vitamin C which has been shown to help keep eyes healthy by providing protection against UV light damage.

Blueberries – They’re simply little balls of delicious goodness! But we’ll focus on the bones because blueberries contain a bunch of good nutrients that go toward building and maintaining bone structure and strength, which is always a good thing.

Orange juice – Prone to a snotty nose and sore throat? Orange juice is a great source of vitamin C, perfect for helping boost your immune system to stop those energy draining bugs, ruining our day.

I use a Breville blender which is so easy to use, clean and tidy away.

Ready to take my brunch on the go, simply by switching the lid!
